Important family survey

This survey is very important because it will help us understand how we can improve the school’s quality by looking at student academic performance, social emotional skills, and school climate and it also will determine the amount of funding we will receive next school year. We need all our families to participate in order to hear every family’s voice!

Every family that completes the survey and returns the confirmation of completing the survey will earn their student 25 boiler bucks.

Computers will be available in the Family Room 103. Additionally, you can use computers outside of school and your mobile devices to administer the survey by using the website address. Please use the following link:  http://bit.ly/2Sx5w0u After you have completed the survey take a snapshot of the final page that confirms you have taken the survey and send it to me via text and answer the question: How many questions are on the survey? The survey is anonymous.

Please send your name and students name if you have participated. If you have any questions, please contact me at 415 695-5370 ext.4

Thank you,

Ms. Flores

This beautiful video was produced by our partner, the Global Health Fellows Program-II.  Twenty FACES students from across California participated in this annual Summit, and were provided opportunities to meet with leaders in the global health sector including representatives from the USAID.  It was an extraordinary event for everyone involved. Five O'Connell students were selected to attend.
